Flight changes, hotel confirmations, guide schedules, or a question while you are already travelling. Include your booking reference if you have one and we will look it up.
A single question
Visa rules, train tickets, altitude, travelling with children, or whether a city is worth the detour. Short questions are welcome — they do not need to be a full trip request.

- A budget range, if you have one. It changes hotels and transport — not how honestly we advise you
- Anything that should be avoided: long drives, steps, early starts, particular foods
Questions people ask before writing
How quickly will I get a reply?
Within one business day, Monday to Friday, China Standard Time (GMT+8). A message that arrives on Friday evening is normally answered on Monday.
Do you charge for planning a trip?
The first route outline and the first round of adjustments are part of working with us. If a request needs paid research, permits or a specialist guide, we tell you the cost before anything is booked.
Can you arrange flights and visas?
We arrange hotels, private guiding, transport inside China and the experiences on your itinerary. For international flights we advise on timing and connections. Visa applications stay with you, and we tell you which documents matter for your route.
Can you help if we travel in less than two weeks?
Sometimes. Send the dates and we will say plainly whether we can do it well rather than badly. Peak seasons and permit regions are the hardest to arrange at short notice.
I do not know where I want to go yet — is that a problem?
No. Tell us the month, how long you have, and what you want the trip to feel like. That is enough for a first outline.
