1. Inquiry and Quotation
An inquiry tells us what you would like to arrange. We may then prepare a proposed itinerary and quotation based on the information available at that time. A quotation is not a confirmed booking, and listed services remain subject to availability until we confirm them in writing.
Please review the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, traveler details, dates, and prices carefully. Tell us about any error or requested change before you approve the proposal.
2. Deposit, Confirmation, and Payment
A booking becomes confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or other agreed payment and send written confirmation. The deposit amount, payment schedule, accepted payment method, currency, and final due date will be confirmed in the proposal.
If a payment is late, availability or prices may change. Bank, card, or currency-conversion charges imposed by a payment provider are the traveler's responsibility unless the proposal says otherwise.
3. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation charges are tiered because hotels, transport providers, guides, and ticketing suppliers apply different deadlines. The exact day thresholds and charges for your trip will be stated in the final proposal and booking confirmation.
- Tier 1 — early cancellation: normally the lowest charge, covering non-refundable planning costs and supplier deposits already committed.
- Tier 2 — mid-range cancellation: a higher charge may apply as more supplier payments become non-refundable.
- Tier 3 — late cancellation or no-show: the highest charge applies and may reach the full price of affected services.
If you ask to change dates, names, route, hotels, or other services, we will check availability and explain any price difference, supplier fee, or new cancellation condition before making the change. The specific timing rules are those in your final proposal.
4. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements
Each traveler is responsible for holding a valid passport, visa, permit, health document, and any other document required for the full journey. Entry rules can change and final decisions are made by the relevant authorities.
We can provide reasonable booking confirmations or itinerary documents to support an application, but we do not issue visas and cannot guarantee approval or entry.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance from the time you confirm your booking. Suitable cover may include cancellation, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, baggage, travel delay, personal liability, and activities included in your itinerary. You are responsible for checking that the policy is appropriate for your needs.
6. Third-Party Suppliers and Traveler Conduct
Hotels, local operators, transport companies, guides, and ticketing providers deliver many services in an itinerary. Their reasonable safety, check-in, baggage, and conduct rules apply to those services. Travelers must follow applicable laws and instructions and tell us promptly if a problem arises so we have an opportunity to assist.
7. Force Majeure
Events outside reasonable control may prevent or materially affect travel services. These can include severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, government action, border closure, civil unrest, strike, or major transport disruption. In that situation, we will use reasonable efforts to offer available alternatives, credits, or refunds received from suppliers, but we are not responsible for costs or losses that cannot reasonably be recovered or avoided.
8. Scope of Responsibility
We are responsible for arranging the services confirmed in writing with reasonable care. We are not responsible for a traveler's acts or omissions, inaccurate information supplied by a traveler, independent services not booked through us, or events outside reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid to us for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and any booking with us are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises, both sides should first try to resolve it through good-faith discussion. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be submitted to a competent court in China, unless the final proposal records another legally valid dispute process.
