Booking Payments and Invoice Guidance

Vayora Travel provides the payment amount, currency, accepted method, and due dates in your written proposal and booking confirmation. After you confirm your itinerary, we will send an invoice with the payment instructions for your booking.

Bank Transfer

If bank transfer is agreed for your booking, the invoice will provide the recipient, account details, currency, and payment reference. Please use the details on that invoice.

PayPal

If PayPal is agreed for your booking, we will send a formal invoice and payment link after the itinerary is confirmed. The invoice will state the amount and currency before you pay.

Deposit and Final Payment

The deposit amount or percentage, if required, will be listed in your written proposal and booking confirmation. The balance and its due date will also be stated there. We do not use a fixed deposit percentage or payment deadline for every trip.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges and deadlines depend on the services in your itinerary. Your final proposal and booking confirmation will state the applicable terms. Read the Booking Terms and Conditions for the general policy on cancellations and changes.
