Arrive by air at Guilin Liangjiang International Airport or by rail at Guilin North Railway Station; budget 40–70 minutes from the airport or 25–45 minutes from the station for the hotel transfer. Guilin to Yangshuo
Leave Guilin around 09:00 for private car between Guilin and Yangshuo; allow about 20–30 minutes for hotel loading and road access before the main leg. The main leg takes about 75–100 minutes on the road, after which the arranged vehicle completes the transfer to the Yangshuo hotel. Allow 90 minutes for Yulong-Fluss only if the arrival leaves enough daylight. Confirm service tickets, pickup point and any admission before booking.
Yangshuo: Riverside villages and farm lanes

Allow about 60–90 minutes by private car from the Yangshuo hotel to Yangshuo Railway Station near Xingping; an airport departure requires a longer transfer to Guilin. If the ticket leaves a clear two-hour gap, spend up to 45 minutes walking near Weststraße before pickup. Do not reserve a raft or paid excursion until the actual train or flight time is confirmed.
